Azonto, a dance style from Ghana in which dancers mime everyday activities, has taken dancefloors from Africa to Europe and even the US. Originating from the Ga people of Ghana, dancers and revellers wash, drive or dial phones to the tune of a hip-shaking beat, a jived-up version of charades. (From The Guardian)
